Whats wrong with my breast? could i be pregnant?

I have been having problems out of my breast lately. At first it was then hurting all together now its just my nipples. And my cycle finally came a few days ago after spotting for a week. My cycle was early. I vomited once and I have constant back pain as if my breast are growing. I squeezed my nipple a few days ago and white/clear stuff came out. Then I did it again and dry white stuff came out. Idk what's going on my my nipples hurt constantly and they tingle. I never had this problem before my period comes on so this is unusual for me. Could I be pregnant or do you all this it a hormonal change? Oh yes I did have sex three weeks ago unprotected.
