What oral acne medication can I take while on Mirena?

I am on Mirena birth control (IUD) and since I have been off the pill my acne has flared up like crazy. While on the pill, I pretty much had no acne. Now I feel horribly disfigured. Are there any oral acne medications I can take while using Mirena (which is a hormonal IUD). Can I get a prescription for low levels of estrogen? Just wondering.
