Am I leaking Amniotic Fluid?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and every once in a while I will have a gush of clear watery liquid come out. This is my third child and I honestly dont remember this happening with my other two. I do have a UTI right now and im on antibiotics. So what im wondering is is this discharge normal or not? how do I know if its amniotic fluid or not?
