Confused took two dollar general pregnancy test and they were positive?

they were only a dollar. i took one 2 days ago it was positive but kinda lacking in color yesterday i took another one the same brand and could see pink and it was definitly darker than the previous day. (my husband and brother also noticed. i was expecting my period today and it was a no show so thats good since we were ttc and im always goin to the barthroom frequently woke up today with a nose bleed feeling nausiated. im just wondering if anyones had experience with this brand of test and I have a appt later this week just wanting opiniona! BTW i just had my IUD the non hormonal one taken out may 30th. so we are surprised.
