Guys: Opinions on Breast Implants?(Fake)?

Whats your opinion on breast implants. Do you think it makes someone "Fake"? Why do you like/dislike them? I would be getting them because I have a hormonal problem where they change in size too drastically and I am wanting implants to change that. What is your take?
