How fast do amniotic fluid levels increase in pregnant women?

If you're "on the high end of normal" (i.e. 23cm at 22 weeks), is there a basic rule-of-thumb like 1cm per week increase (or something like that) where at 30 weeks levels will be a dangerous ~30cm????
