Why is there no fetal show in the ultrasound?

I am 6 weeks today and i just got assigned a OB. They did a vaginal ultrasound and they only seen the amniotic sac. He said the baby might be too small to see but i googled ultrasounds of the 6th week and i could see it. Why can i see mine? btw I'm 16yr old.
