I am around 3-4 months pregnant and i have clear liquid dripping from my vagina. why?

like i said i am 3-4 months pregnant and every day for about a month i get fluid running from my vagina. (it feels like i started my period but i know its not) its gotten so bad that i have to wear a pantyliner all day everyday. i am afraid i am losing amniotic fluid or something. and this is my second child i did not have this with my first! thanks for your help!
