Signs of pregnancy or hormonal changes ?

I had sex exactly a week ago with my boyfriend, my breasts have been sore this entire week, 2 days ago I started urinating frequently, which isn't normal for me. We did use protection. Could it be hormone changes? Getting my period? Stress?
