Possible amniotic leak need advice asap?

i'm 24 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I was holding my son while sitting and he began throwing a tantrum and slammed himself into me. I felt a gush of fluid that leaked through my panties and all over my blanket. It smells similar to ammonia however, there was way too much of it to possibly be urine. What does amniotic fluid smell like? I'm waiting for a call back from the ob
