Low amniotic fluid at 36 weeks?

My friend had low amniotic fluid and was induced that day but she was term. They may giveyou a shot to get baby's lung mature and induce you. I understand being caught off guard. It may also be the way your baby is laying and that's why your stomach hasn't changed.
