Early signs of labor?

I went to the bathroom a couple hours ago and felt a slight "pop" in the area of my cervix. I thought my water broke, but I was peeing so I wasn't sure. Since then I had a tiny trickle of something and slight dampness in my undies, but if it's amniotic fluid, it doesn't seem like it's enough to know for sure. I have been having some period like cramping since then, but no contractions that I can tell. At least not consistent enough. Just went to the bathroom again and lost a little more of my mucous plug. Please tell me labor is very near. I am almost full term and getting very anxious, obviously. I keep trying not to call L&D since I am probably just letting my nerves get the best of me? I just want to see if anyone had any of these symptoms before they went into labor? Thanks :)
