Complete placenta privea, high amniotic fluid, large amounts of pain!!!?

I have cpp and high amniotic fluid. My kidneys are fine and do not have gest. Diabetes, however I am having light contractions with occasional spotting (once to three times a week) and have been in massive pain (mostly my back). My doc says my cervix hasn't opened, I'm gettin a mri on friday, but has me on bedrest. I have two toddlers and nobody to help me with them so bedrest is outta the question, and my husband has to work fulltime. I have tried laying down, taking baths, etc, but nothing makes the pain go away. I would like to know how to get rid of the pain and also what my chances are of going into preterm labor? Also the mri is to check to make sure I don't have placenta accreta.
