Can a hormonal imbalance causing high sex drive?

I have such a high sex drive right now I'm fantasizing about other men(I'm a female), but I'm also breaking out more than usual too. Could this be because of hormonal imbalance. I just finished breastfeeding 1 month ago, so I think it may be the cause.
