Birth control and spottingg....!?

My last hormonal pill was yesterday and before i took it i had brown discharge. I was planning on skiping the white pills cause im going away and didnt want to be on a period. So i started my next pack today and the brown discharge is getting a little heavier! should i stop taking the hormonal pills or just keep taking them! is it gonna go away or what! help!
